Product Development
We engineer industrial PPE and cutting accessories that outperform incumbents at structurally lower cost. Our development process runs end-user field tests before specification, qualifies materials against measured benchmarks rather than catalogue claims, and integrates manufacturing constraints from day one. The result is product that does what the data sheet says — including a cut-resistant liner platform validated at 22,072 abrasion cycles, outperforming the category-leading reference products at roughly half the unit cost.
Agency & Trade
RIOT TOOL acts as the European operating arm for established manufacturers outside Europe. We run the work that turns offshore production into a viable European brand: CE certification and technical documentation, warehousing and fulfilment across the continent, B2B sales in local languages, and key-account support inside European business hours. Alongside the agency function, we trade selected ranges directly — putting vetted product into the European market under our own logistics, our own accountability, and our own VAT.
Sourcing
Our procurement office in Nanjing gives us direct access to qualified manufacturers across China and the wider Asian supplier base — without the intermediary layer that most European private-label programs run through. We develop products to specification, manage tooling and approvals on the ground, run pre-shipment inspection, and deliver finished goods into European warehouses under a single operational chain. For buyers building their own brand, this means specification-grade product, packaging designed for their channel, and a single accountable counterpart in Europe.
