RIOT TOOL ApS was founded on a simple observation: European industry pays too much for products that are too poorly developed for the applications they are sold into.
The solution begins with a refusal: to accept market dynamics as given, and the assumptions built on top of them.

RIOT TOOL ApS founded in Aarhus
The company is established with a focus on importing and distributing cutting and grinding tools to the Northern European market.
Procurement office opens in Nanjing
We establish our own presence in the Jiangsu region of China and begin sourcing directly from manufacturers.
ACX launches as B2B webshop
ACX goes live as our dedicated B2B sales channel for industrial buyers in Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
First European agency agreement signed
We sign our first agreement to represent an Asian manufacturer exclusively on the Northwestern European market.
Warehouse capacity expanded - Korsør facility
A logistics facility in Zealand opens to support shorter delivery times to the Southern European market.

We are present where it makes sense - in Denmark as our European base, in China as our procurement arm.
